Job Description :
Salary: $35 to $40 per hour ($73K to 83K). Responsible for underwriting complex commercial real estate loans w/minimal supervision. Will evaluate by analyzing property cash flows (current and future), rent rolls, locations, property types (multi-family, office, retail, industrial and self-storage) and requested loan terms. Perform financial risk analysis, purpose of loan, repayment sources, collateral and tenant analysis. Participate in portfolio management. Reports to Director of Business Lending. Requires a min of five years exp in Commercial Real Estate Loan Underwriting. Advanced knowledge of Excel, intermediate Word and Outlook. Ability to spread business financial financial statements and personal tax returns using credit analysis software.
Required Qualifications :
Five years commercial real estate underwriting experience.
