Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree, 5+ years experience, CPA a plus but not req’d
- Consolidated financial statements, ext. financial reports
- SEC, 10K, 10Q, Footnotes & disclosures
- Assist with Balance Sheet reconciliation
- SOX Compliance, coordinate ext. audits
- Oversee outsources tax provisions & Tax returns
- Use Workiva
