Human Resources Analyst and Liaison - Direct Hire

Our client, a credit union in Van Nuys, is seeking a Human Resources Professional, People & Culture Specialist, to join their team.

Your responsibilities include:  to prepare, disburse, maintain and review payroll, salary adjustments, payroll taxes, health benefits, and year-end processing.  Maintain the HR database to encompass salary and benefit information. This role is relied upon by internal members to address their payroll, retirement, PTO, and other routine HR requests. This position provides exceptional service and creates a friendly, welcoming, professional work environment. 

You will be a strategic thought partner on the People Operations Team supporting all areas of HR to provide metrics and analytics to improve HR performance and drive organizational decisions.  You will produce reports on Paycom related to headcount, turnover, diversity, and other ad-hoc reporting as requested.  

Direct Hire with excellent benefit package.  Salary range:  $26 to $33 per hour.
