Manager SEC Reporting
- Bachelor Degree, CPA preferred
- 5+ years, straight Big 4 or National firm OR Public/Private with publicly traded Co
- SEC reporting, GAAP, review financial reporting package, oversee consolidation process
- Coordinate with Foreign affiliates
- Prepare & review SEC Filings, 10K, 10Q, 11K, XBRL filings
- Salary, Bonus, Great benefits, no direct reports
