Job Description :
Immediately hiring a full-time Lead Medical Director for Tribal Health Community in northern California.
The role will be 80-90% administrative and 20-30% clinical.
The lead Medical Director will oversee the operations of two tribal-health clinics including;
Medical Primary care, Mid-Levels, NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs and Specialties, i.e. Behavioral Health, PT, Chiro, Optometry, Dermatology, Cardiology, Gynecology and Pain Management.

Must be boarded in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
Base Salary starting in the $260's depending on leadership experience
Required Qualifications :
Must be BC in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
Must have previous medical directorship experience ideally within an FQHC setting or Tribal Health
Must be able to live within a 45 minute commute to the clinic
Must be open to relocation if living outside of northern California
Clean Malpractice background
Very strong background in operations
Demonstrated experience leading multiple clinics (FQHC's)
