Payroll Accountant – Moorpark – $75-90k

Required Qualifications :
- Prepare, review and process payroll, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
- Extensive knowledge of payroll functions including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Proficient with Paylocity, Excel and Google Workspace.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field required.
