Real Estate Credit Subject Matter Expert

Our client, a credit union located in Burbank, and soon to be relocating to Valencia, is seeking a Real Estate Credit Specialist for a long-term position, starting as a Temp.

You will service as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for issues related to residential real estate credit, compliance and underwriting.  Additional  responsibilities include training, troubleshooting and resolving system related issues and implementation of the loan origination systems. We require 5 years of residential real estate credit / compliance, underwriting, quality and compliance experience. Advanced working knowledge of FNMA guidelines and an in-depth knowledge of loan origination systems.  Salary range $35 to $45 per hour.  Potential for temp to hire.
