Job Description :
Our client, a credit union in Burbank, is seeking a Real Estate – Mortgage Loan Servicing Rep. to join their service-oriented team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Uploading Deeds and final title to PrimeAlliance
- Reviewing incoming insurance
- Performing audits using checklist for HELOCs and purchase refinances
- Daily cash management including processing exceptions and initiating and processing wires.
- Preparing payoffs and reconveyances
- Answering phone calls, and setting up and removing auto pay for new nd existing loans.
- We require three years of experience in this capacity at either a bank, credit union, or a mortgage company.
- Stating temp, temp to hire. The salary range is: $19 to $24 per hour.
