Salary range is $70K-$90K depending on experience. Suggested agency placement fee is 20%. The current director is moving out of state after being in the position for 12 years. The Director will be responsible for surgery, endo, staffing, scheduling in cooperation with procedure scheduler, budgets, compliance, reports and covering cases at times. This is a close unit who works well together. The candidate must be firm, positive, motivating, and diplomatic. Two full-time general surgeons, and a new OBGYN. No robotics. Bachelors degree required. Minimum of 5 years experience in management. This facility averages around 130 surgeries per month. Location description: population: 10,000.
