The scale has also changed to the below:0-90 Days 4.615/pay period90 days- 5 years 5.846/pay period Contract Length: Direct Placement Start Date: 03/11 Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 Primary Location: Pardee Memorial Hospital, Hendersonville, NC Shift Requirements: 8:30am-5pm, M-F Float Requirements: N/A On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A Charting Experience: Epic - preferred but not required Required Certifications to be Attached upon submittal: CPHQ certification preferred (highly) Minimum Experience:BSN requiredMinimum 3 years clinical experience in acute care hospital services as QI RN required This position is responsible for providing leadership to ensure validity of measurement, accuracy of data, patient safety and regulatory compliance with quality improvement, reporting, and regulatory initiatives A clinical quality improvement specialist uses a combination of nursing, quality, and informatics knowledge to manage data, process, and information systems Experience in improving clinical care as well as clinical documentation and reporting for treatment, prevention, and drug administration regimens, record keeping practices, workflow procedures, medical decision-making practices, and pay-for-performance programsHoliday +$10, OT +$10, Call Back +$10, Charge +$5, On Call $6==== BILLING NOTICE ==== Please review Master Affiliate Agreement before submitting candidate. The administrative fee for candidates placed shall be five percent (5.00%). Review all job posting requirements prior to submitting applicants for the posted position. Candidates can go permanent after working 6 months at facility with no buyout fee. All 48 hour guarantee contracts, OT starts after 48 hours unless stated. Total MSP holds the direct relationship with the hospital system and will manage all hospital postings for contingent staffing. Any and all communication will go directly through Total MSP. Any Affiliate Provider directly contacting the hospital will be in violation of their Affiliate Provider Agreement. Total MSP will manage all billing for this client. Invoices are not to be sent to the hospital. Total MSP does reverse billing which will be sent on a weekly basis and Affiliate Provider has 5 business days upon receipt to review and rebut the billing. For facilities that require timecards to be filled out by travelers, timecards are due by 8:00am central standard time Monday s or will be emailed to Affiliate Provider with clients utilizing Electronic timekeeping. Total MSP will be on-boarding all new starts. All credentialing for new starts must be uploaded into the Total MSP portal the Wednesday prior. Deadlines are determined by Total MSP s Compliance Coordinator.
