Common diagnosis / Types of patients hyperbilirubinemia, phototherapy, hypoglycemia, IV antibiotics, feeders, 32 weeks and higher,
Additional Notes: must be able to hit ground running, must have 2-3 years in specialty, no 1st time travelers, must be able to manage patients on own with small amount of staff and resources, must be skilled in breastfeeding techniques and education, current staff on unit is mixed bag including some with 30-40 years experiencec and some with 3-5 years experience, must stay out of politics and fit in well with unit.
