Settlement Representative – Credit Union

Our Client, a credit union in Van Nuys, is seeking a full time Settlement Representative.

The member support Settlement Rep. monitors and controls the daily electronic and fund transfer transactions, applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles through review of financial records.

Your responsibilities include: monitoring and processing of daily ACH returns, processing ACH Originations, reconciling ACH General Ledgers, monitoring and processing daily share draft exceptions, processing in-clearing and large amount items, processing forgery and affidavits, processing of wires, and assisting members with inquiries regarding share drafts and ATM.

Direct Hire with excellent benefits. Salary range: $21 to $23 per hour.

Requires a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Settlement Rep., processing FRB (Fedline Advantage), and advanced knowledge of NACHA.
