Staff Accountant – Burbank - $70-$75k

Required Qualifications :
- Degree in accounting
- Strong Excel – pivot tables. Look ups
- Onsite
- Prepare all Treasury bank files
- Record daily bank transactions in Quickbooks Online
- Support in month end close
- Prepare account reconciliations for multiple balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and file payroll taxes
- Apply payments for health insurance and ACA invoices
- Upload and review positive pay bank files
